I didn`t fix his plumbing but I saw him play a million times because I remember going out with him a few times back in the 70`s.....and I`ll always remember what a wonderful guy he was.....and I wonder if he has aged as much as I have in the intervening years! I feel sure that he would have been more of a name in his sport if circumstances had been different... Bring on the Zimmers..... PS...don`t think all the dates on your site are quite right...sure he was still in Ipswich after the accident...
