| I am Reg's Son and I have just found your site on footballers of the past. I am pleased to say that Reg is still with us. He is now 86 years young and keeping pretty well and living in Bedfordshire. He retired from professional football in July of 1954 and left Watford. He then coached the Watford reserve and junior teams until 1963. He still follows Watford's progress and occasional attends a game with his Grandson at Vicarage Road. Jim Saphin 24-12-2002 |
