| Eric Wilsher was my uncle, brother of my father Clifford Wilsher. At one time we had a football medal (cup winners medal?) which belonged to Eric, but sadly it was lost. Family legend had it that Eric thought up an idea for a betting scheme based on the football results. Sadly for the family, nothing became of this and we are not the Littlewoods millionaires that we might have been. This photograph and the info about him has come through my niece, Sarah Ariss, who is the daughter of my brother also Eric Wilsher.
