Previously unseen kit?

We came across these photographs recently and, judging by the scoreboard in one of them, have identified this as being from 3rd August 1995 pre-season game in Finland against Rakuunat.

What caught our eye is that it is not a kit that ever made the light of day in a competitive match, but clearly it was produced by Core and has the ITFC badge. Shame there aren't any better close-up photos.

Thinking about the timing, it was just after the Club changed the badge (the kit has the new, red-edged badge) and also changed kit providers from Umbro to Core. Perhaps this was one of two or more kits Core produced, to give the club a choice. We can't recall fan's be given a chance to vote on kit changes that far back.

This game was only nine days before the start of the new season, so presumably they'd already agreed the fade-to-white design by then, and probably already announced it (and Greene King) to the world.

Always nice to find something new!

From the team photo, we've identified all bar two: (back row, l-to-r): Dale Roberts, Mick Stockwell, Neil Gregory, Adam Tanner, Geraint Williams, Neil Thompson, ?, Ian Marshall, Clive Baker, Steve Sedgley, Claus Thomsen, Tony Vaughan, George Burley, Richard Naylor, Harold Smith, David Sheepshanks, ? (front row, l-to-r): Mauricio Taricco, Lee Norfolk, Simon Milton, John Wark, Alex Mathie, Gus Uhlenbeek.
