A group of Chicagoans enjoying candy floss while they wait near one of the ride entrances at Chicago’s Riverview Amusement Park in 1960. My late brother-in-law worked at the park selling candy floss in 1952 (his first ever job) and Mrs extremegroundhopping lived just a few blocks away from the park in the mid-1960′s sneeking off there after school. Very much without her mum’s approval. The park closed in 1967.
