This is the former showroom and offices of Barnes of Ipswich on Upper Orwell Street whose neglected and decaying shell has been brought back to life by street artists aroma designs and mister millerchip through a public art commission from Ipswich Borough Council. Ugly ! Painting a good idea but this just looks like Graffiti , making an eyesore
worse . The money could have been better spent ! Suffolk Authorities waste so
much money on hideous projects .
